Asbestos Legal Matters

The December 2020 final TSCA risk evaluation for chrysotile asbestos found unreasonable risks to human health for all current uses of Chrysotile asbestos. The April 2019 rule prohibits asbestos products used in the past from returning to commercial use.

Legislation
